Impinge on the freedoms of other nations with the rule about removing nucks in the next 10 years
The world is held together, by rules and fair play. Who I ask you is not in favor of fairness and an adherence to ones commitments. Just as used car sales men must be kept in line by the rules of laws so must some way ward nations. History is full of examples of countries that have broken the rules of law and caused the loss of millions of lives.
Just as a judicial and police force is essential to keeping used cars sales men in line, countries of strength such as my esteemed colleagues for Russia and France. The police forces of the world work best when they are strong and therefore do not have to face challenges the same is true in international relations. Countries with nuclear arms are best positioned to provide the force for security

Since the end of World War Two, Japan has had a unique perspective of Nuclear technology especially in the rubric of weaponry. Japan was the human experimental testing ground for the nascent nuclear weapons developed by the United States and served as a display to the world of their destructive power. Japan recognizes the necessity to manage existing nuclear weapons, prevent the manufacture of more nuclear weapons, and the preclusion of the use of existing nuclear weapons against any nation on earth. These weapons are inexorably detrimental to all humanity and not simply the nations they are employed against which is the reason I implore my fellow neighbors to join me in voting and passing this resolution.
